Rebates

• NDIS: Amy is able to see participants who are self managed, or plan managed through this NDIS.  Please ensure you have sent through billing information for invoices if plan managed prior to your initial session.
• Medicare Better Access: You may be eligible for a medicare rebate of $96.65 (As of April 2025) per session if you are referred by you General Practitioner, or Paediatrician under a Mental Health Treatment Plan.  Please speak with your doctor about whether you are eligible for this prior to making your first booking if you wish to access the rebate.  There may also be other medicare rebates available such as Chronic Disease Management Plans, or Helping Out With Autism (HOWA), please talk to us or your doctor for more information.
• Private Health: We are able to process private health insurance rebates if you are eligible for these services, please check with your provider. 
• Heathy Minds: Amy is contracted to provide psychological services through Healthy Minds Program which allows a set number of sessions free of charge to the client, funded through the primary health network (PHN).  You can speak to your GP, the PHN, or us about access and eligibility. 

Cancellation

Please note a cancellation and non-attendance policy applies to all appointments. If you wish to change a scheduled appointment, it is important that you provide at least 48 hours advance notice in order to avoid being billed for the session.

Payments

Full payment is required at time of consultation and can be made by cash (correct change), EFTPOS or credit card.   We are able to offer you your Private Health Insurance rebate (if eligible) or Medicare rebate (if eligible) at the practice. You will need your Medicare card and a debit card to receive the Medicare rebate after full payment is made.
